These Terms of Service govern your use of Relatoria's website, application, paid plans, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Relatoria. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Access to some or all of the service may be limited, including during beta periods or for operational, security, or business reasons.

Relatoria provides browser-based cognitive-training tools and related content. The service is provided for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes.

Relatoria is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, or a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or emergency assistance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, renewal terms, and included features are shown before checkout.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled, and by subscribing you authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Billing and subscription management are handled through third-party billing providers, and you may cancel through the subscription management method we make available to you or by contacting us at contact@relatoria.com.

Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only where required by law or where we expressly state otherwise. We may change pricing or plan structure prospectively, with notice where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the service. You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the service.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data at scale without permission.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the service or its content.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, abusive content, or infringing material.

Relatoria and its content, software, branding, and training materials are owned by Relatoria or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your personal, lawful use.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

Relatoria uses third-party providers for services such as authentication, billing, email, and hosting.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or any specific result from using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relatoria and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Relatoria for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You may stop using Relatoria at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, posed a risk to the service or other users, failed to pay required fees, or if we need to do so for legal, operational, or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
